Shipping policy

Nic Pouch UK delivers to the United Kingdom only. Our products are age-restricted to customers aged 18 or over, and orders — particularly first time orders — may require an adult signature at the point of delivery.

Delivery charges
UK orders over £30.00 are shipped free of charge to mainland UK. For orders under £30.00, delivery is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch times
Orders received before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm, or on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery service and timeframes
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and typically arrive the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote areas may take 1-3 working days due to regional courier logistics.

Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email and can be used on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website. Please note tracking may not update until your parcel reaches the courier's depot, usually in the evening on the day of dispatch.

Discreet packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging.

Late or lost orders
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please let us know and we will investigate. If after 7 working days from dispatch you have still not received your order, it will be considered lost and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement order dispatched free of charge.

Incorrect address
Orders returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrectly entered delivery address may incur additional redelivery costs. Alternatively, you may request a refund, less the actual delivery costs incurred by Nic Pouch UK.

Busy periods
At certain times of year — for example the run-up to Christmas, extreme weather, or industrial action — deliveries may take longer than normal. These events are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience.
